A comprehensive usability evaluation across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms, based on Nielsen Norman Group’s 10 usability heuristics. The project built on 2023 findings and updated them to reflect the 2024 interfaces, providing a structured roadmap for UX improvements.

Cross-Platform Heuristic Evaluation
Phase 1 – Audit Review: Reviewed 2023 heuristic findings, identified resolved vs. persistent issues across each platform, and created action overview documentation.
Phase 2 – Flow Updates: Updated user journeys with 2024 interface changes to ensure the evaluation reflected the current experience.
Phase 3 – 2024 Evaluation: Assessed updated flows, identified new usability concerns, and delivered prioritized recommendations.
