Subscription Plans (Fan Tier)

The primary goal was to understand user preferences for new subscription names, determine the perceived value of the features offered, and gauge users' understanding of each sub-plan. The team explored renaming and restructuring subscription tiers to improve clarity and conversion rates.

Certain naming directions significantly improved perceived value, while some tier names created confusion about feature differences. Users needed clearer differentiation between listener and creator benefits.
